Descripción:Boc-L-Thr-OH is a hydroxylated analog of L-threonine. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, with an IC50 value of about 0.5 mM. Boc-L-Thr-OH binds to the receptor binding site of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and inhibits its activation by competitively inhibiting the natural ligands that bind to this site.
