Descripción:Roxithromycin impurity E is a metabolite of roxithromycin. It is a yellow powder with a melting point of about 130°C and a molecular weight of 226.14g/mol. Roxithromycin impurity E has been shown to be an inhibitor of CYP3A4 and CYP2D6, as well as an inducer of CYP1A2. This impurity can be used for the research and development of roxithromycin, as well as production of analytical standards for HPLC analysis.
