Descripción:PBDE 194 is an analog of a kinase inhibitor that has shown potential as an anticancer agent. PBDE 194 has been shown to induce apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in cancer cells. Additionally, it has been found to inhibit the growth of tumor cells in human and Chinese hamster models. Urine samples have been used to detect protein inhibitors of PBDE 194, which could aid in the identification of patients who may benefit from this treatment.
