• Descripción: Noralfentanil-d3 hydrochloride is a highly selective and potent mu-opioid receptor agonist. It is used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Noralfentanil-d3 hydrochloride binds to the mu opioid receptors in the human liver, leading to reduced production of a number of proteins that are responsible for drug metabolism. Noralfentanil-d3 hydrochloride has been shown to be effective in clinical trials with a sample preparation technique involving liquid chromatography and p450 isozyme activity. This drug also has a number of chemical interactions, which may lead to an increased risk of toxicity or side effects. Molecular modeling studies have shown that noralfentanil-d3 hydrochloride interacts with amine groups on proteins, leading to its binding affinity with the mu opioid receptor.
