BD-105 is a glucagon-binding fluorescent probe with a Ka value of 13.3 μM. The interaction of BD-105 with glucagon results in changes in fluorescence intensity, and it can colocalize with glucagon in cells and tissues. This selective cell stain specifically targets glucagon-secreting cells without staining insulin-secreting cells or non-endocrine control cells. BD-105 is suitable for glucagon imaging in live cells and tissues.
