    ML 364 is a small molecule that has been shown to inhibit epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and β-catenin, which are proteins involved in cancer progression. It also inhibits the production of fatty acids and natriuretic peptides. ML 364 targets the EGFR pathway by inhibiting the binding of epidermal growth factor (EGF) to its receptors, thereby blocking cell proliferation and tumorigenesis.
