Chlorhydrate de 1-éthyl-3-(3'-diméthylaminopropyl)carbodiimide, communément appelé EDC, est un carbodiimide soluble dans l'eau utilisé principalement comme agent de couplage dans la synthèse peptidique et d'autres applications impliquant la formation de liaisons amides.
