Cyanidin-3-O-sophoroside chloride (CAS: 6279-21-6) is a naturally occurring phenolic compound that has been isolated from the roots of Sophora flavescens. This compound is a glycosylated form of protocatechuic acid, which is an organic compound with antioxidant properties.
