Description :

Eltrombopag est un agoniste synthétique des récepteurs de la thrombopoïétine de petites molécules principalement utilisé dans le traitement de la thrombocytopénie, en particulier chez les patients atteints de purpura thrombocytopénique immunitaire chronique (PTI) et ceux subissant certains types de chimiothérapie.
