Acide hexadécanedioïque, également connu sous le nom d'acide palmitique ou d'acide sébacique, est un acide dicarboxylique avec la formule moléculaire C16H30O4. Il présente une longue chaîne d'hydrocarbures, composée de 16 atomes de carbone, avec deux groupes fonctionnels d'acide carboxylique (-COOH) à chaque extrémité.
