Description :

Dirithromycine est un antibiotique macrolide qui est principalement utilisé pour traiter diverses infections bactériennes. Il se caractérise par sa capacité à inhiber la synthèse des protéines bactériennes en se liant à la sous-unité ribosomique 50S, empêchant ainsi la croissance et la reproduction des bactéries.
