Description :

Chlorhydrate de déméclocycline est un antibiotique à large spectre appartenant à la classe des tétracyclines, principalement utilisé pour traiter diverses infections bactériennes. Il se caractérise par sa capacité à inhiber la synthèse des protéines dans les bactéries en se liant à la sous-unité ribosomique 30S, empêchant ainsi la croissance et la reproduction des micro-organismes. Ce composé est généralement administré par voie orale et est connu pour son efficacité contre une gamme de bactéries gram-positives et gram-négatives. Chlorhydrate de déméclocycline est également utilisé dans le traitement de conditions telles que l'acné et certains types d'infections causées par des bactéries résistantes. En plus de ses propriétés antibactériennes, il a été utilisé dans la gestion de conditions telles que la sécrétion inappropriée de l'hormone antidiurétique (SIADH) en raison de sa capacité à induire un diabète insipide néphrogénique.
