CAS :Cytidine (Standard) is the standard substance of Cytidine, and it is applicable for quantitative analysis, quality control, and related research in biochemical experiments. Cytidine (Cytosine-1-β-D-ribofuranoside) is a pyrimidine nucleoside comprised of a cytosine bound to ribose via a beta-N1-glycosidic bond. Cytidine is a precursor for uridine. Both cytidine and uridine are utilized in RNA synthesis.Formule :C9H13N3O5Couleur et forme :Physical Description White Crystalline Powder (Ntp 1992)Masse moléculaire :243.22Cytidine

CAS :Cytidine is a nucleoside that belongs to the group of pyrimidine nucleosides. It can be absorbed from the intestine and hydrolyzed to uridine by intestinal enzymes. Cytidine has been shown to inhibit angiogenesis in animal model systems and transfection experiments, as well as being genotoxic in vitro. Cytidine has also been shown to inhibit polymerase chain reactions (PCR) and enzyme activities, such as cytidine deaminase, which converts cytidine into uracil.
