Les inhibiteurs de PD-1/PD-L1 sont des inhibiteurs de points de contrôle immunitaires qui bloquent l'interaction entre la protéine de mort cellulaire programmée 1 (PD-1) sur les cellules T et son ligand PD-L1 sur les cellules cancéreuses.
