Gamma-sécrétase
Les inhibiteurs de la gamma-sécrétase sont des composés qui ciblent le complexe enzymatique gamma-sécrétase, impliqué dans le clivage de la protéine précurseur amyloïde (APP) pour produire des peptides bêta-amyloïdes.
