Reagecon's Iron Standard for Atomic Absorption (AAS) 1000 µg/mL in 0.5M Nitric Acid (HNO₃) is manufactured from very pure metal or salt (at least 99.9%). This product is manufactured gravimetrically. Prior to bottling; the final product is tested and verified using ICP-MS and is reported using the gravimetric result; to a specification of ± 0.2%. The results are reported in mg/L on the basis of weight). Reagecon hold ISO 17025 accreditation (A2LA Ref: 6739.02) for calibration of laboratory balances. - GHS/OSHA compliant, REACH - This product is produced in a highly controlled cleanroom (ISO 7) environment, using ultra-pure water (specially treated for the production of mass spectroscopy standards). Reagecon's Methanolic Hydrochloric Acid 0.5M (0.5N) Analytical Volumetric Solution (AVL) Non Aqueous Titrant is a fully factorised, high purity, stable product, developed and tested for acid/base titrations.  This Analytical Volumetric Solution, also called titrant, standard titrant or standard solution,  is tested to a specification of ± 0.1%. It is a reagent of known concentration, that is dispensed from a burette or other dispensing apparatus to a sample (analyte), until a reaction between the two liquids is judged to be complete.  The product may be used for manual titrations, or more commonly automatic titrations, to determine the end points by detection of any of several properties.  Acid/Base titrations, also called neutralisation titrations, are used to determine either the amount of acid/base in a sample or the substance that can be converted to an acid/base. - Titration is a rapid, economical and versatile analytical tool.
