Bêta-bloquants
Les bêta-bloquants, également appelés agents bloquants des récepteurs bêta-adrénergiques, sont des composés qui bloquent l'action de l'épinéphrine (adrénaline) sur les récepteurs bêta, ralentissant ainsi la fréquence cardiaque et réduisant la pression artérielle. Ils sont souvent utilisés pour traiter des affections telles que l'hypertension, les arythmies et l'insuffisance cardiaque.
