Peptides et Protéines
Les peptides sont de courtes chaînes d'acides aminés reliées par des liaisons peptidiques, tandis que les protéines sont des chaînes d'acides aminés plus longues et complexes pouvant adopter des structures tridimensionnelles fonctionnelles.
