Isobetanin
CAS :Isobetanin is a betalain pigment, which is a natural compound derived from the red beetroot (Beta vulgaris). As a member of the betalain family, it specifically belongs to the betacyanin subgroup, which imparts red-violet coloration. Its mode of action centers on its ability to act as an antioxidant, effectively scavenging free radicals and protecting cells from oxidative damage.Formule :C24H26N2O13Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :550.47 g/molZiziphin
CAS :Ziziphin is a triterpene glycoside which exhibits taste-modifying properties and derives from the leaves of Ziziphus jujuba (Rhamnaceae). In a study, Ziziphin was up to 4 times more active in suppressing the sweet taste of sucrose than other anti-sweet constituents (Suttisri, 1995). Ziziphin suppressed the sweetness induced by D-glucose, D-fructose, stevioside, glycine, sodium saccharin, aspartame and naringin dihydrochalcone. Ziziphin however showed no uppressive effect on the sour taste of hydrochloric acid and the bitter taste of quinine, indicating that ziziphin is highly specific to the sweet taste (Kurihara, 1992). Ziziphin was found to inhibit the sweet taste receptors in humans (Smith, 1983) by a mechanism known as taste modification. In comparison with known gymnemic acids, effects suggest that net dissociation of ziziphins from taste receptor membranes and/or inactivation in the membrane may be much faster than with gymnemic acids (Mahajan, 2009).Formule :C51H80O18Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :981.17 g/molNeobetanin
CAS :Neobetanin is a naturally occurring pigment, which is a type of betalain compound derived primarily from beetroot (Beta vulgaris). As a phytochemical, its molecular structure possesses characteristic conjugated double bonds that confer both distinct coloration and free radical scavenging abilities.Formule :C24H24N2O13Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Couleur et forme :PowderMasse moléculaire :548.45 g/molEsculeoside A

CAS :(-)-Syringaresnol-4-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1,2)-β-D-glucopyranoside is a lignan glycoside, which is a type of secondary metabolite. This compound is primarily derived from plant sources, often isolated from the heartwood of various trees or other lignan-rich plant materials. The extraction typically involves advanced chromatographic techniques that separate and purify it from complex plant matrices.

CAS :Scandoside methyl ester is a naturally occurring iridoid glycoside derivative, which is typically isolated from certain plant species, particularly those in the genus Scrophularia. This compound is part of a class of secondary metabolites known for their diverse biological activities. Its mechanism of action is often linked to its ability to interact with various biological pathways, including those involved in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant responses. Researchers have explored its potential to inhibit specific enzymes and modulate signaling pathways.

CAS :Isoacteoside is a phenylethanoid isolated from Monochasma savatieri Franch. ex Maxim., which is an anti-inflammatory herb widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. Isoacteoside is also reported as a potential therapeutic for Alzheimers disease. The memory-improving mechanism of isoacteoside involves reducing amyloid β peptide deposition and amyloid β cytotoxicity by inhibiting amyloid β oligomerization through the catechol moiety. This promotes amyloid β degradation and reversing cortical cholinergic dysfunction, which includes the inhibition of AChE activity (Young-Ji, 2017).

CAS :6-O-Acetylscandoside is a natural compound classified as an iridoid glycoside, sourced primarily from certain plant species known for their medicinal properties. The molecular structure of this compound includes an acetyl group attached to the 6-O position of scandoside, a modification that is significant in understanding its bioactivity. Iridoid glycosides like 6-O-Acetylscandoside are secondary metabolites in plants, often implicated in defense mechanisms against herbivores and pathogens.

CAS :Isorebaudioside A is a type of steviol glycoside sweetener, which is extracted from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant. As a product of natural origin, it functions as a high-intensity sweetener by mimicking the taste of sucrose without the caloric content. Isorebaudioside A interacts with the taste receptors on the tongue, activating the sweet taste pathways. This mode of action allows it to provide a sugar-like sweetness, often considered favorable due to its clean taste profile and lack of caloric contributions.

CAS :Calendoflavoside is a flavonoid-based compound, which is an extract derived from the calendula plant, known for its rich flavonoid content. It functions primarily through the modulation of inflammatory pathways, acting on specific signaling molecules to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. This mode of action is particularly valuable in therapeutic contexts, as it allows Calendoflavoside to target and mitigate inflammation at the cellular level.
