Cloridrato di tris(idrossimetil)aminometano, comunemente noto come cloruro di Tris, è una polvere cristallina bianca altamente solubile in acqua. È un agente tampone ampiamente utilizzato in biochimica e biologia molecolare per mantenere un pH stabile in varie reazioni biologiche e chimiche.
