CAS:Ivacaftor is a drug substance with the molecular formula C17H20Cl2O3, a monocarboxylic acid amide. Ivacaftor is indicated as a treatment for cystic fibrosis (CF) in patients age 12 years and older who have one of the following mutations: G551D, G1244E, G1349D, G178R, G551S, S1251N, S1255P, S549N or R117C.
