Boc-L-alanina, noto anche come tert-butyloxycarbonyl-L-alanina, è un derivato dell'aminoacido alanina, caratterizzato dalla presenza di un gruppo protettore tert-butyloxycarbonyl (Boc) sul gruppo amminico.
