Descrizione:
Ifosfamide è un agente alchilante sintetico utilizzato principalmente nella chemioterapia per trattare vari tipi di cancro, inclusi il cancro testicolare, i sarcomi e i linfomi. È un profarmaco, il che significa che richiede attivazione metabolica nel fegato per esercitare i suoi effetti terapeutici.
