Nabumetone è un farmaco antinfiammatorio non steroideo (FANS) utilizzato principalmente per il trattamento dell'osteoartrite e dell'artrite reumatoide. È caratterizzato dalle sue proprietà analgesiche e antinfiammatorie, che sono attribuite alla sua capacità di inibire le enzimi cicloossigenasi (COX), riducendo così la sintesi delle prostaglandine coinvolte nell'infiammazione e nel dolore.
