Dp[Tyr(methyl)2,Arg8]-Vasopressin
CAS:Dp[Tyr(Me)2,Arg8]-Vasopressin is a non-selective antagonist of the peptide arginine vasopressin V1b receptor [1].Formula:C49H70N14O12S2Purezza:98%Colore e forma:SolidPeso molecolare:1111.3(Deamino-Pen 1,Tyr(Me)2,Arg8)-Vasopressin trifluoroacetate salt
CAS:Vasopressin is a neurohypophyseal hormone that regulates water and electrolyte balance by activating the V2 receptor, which is primarily present in the kidney. Vasopressin also has vasoactive properties which are mediated by V1 receptors. It has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the oxytocin receptor, which may be due to its ability to interact with the same G-protein coupled receptors. Vasopressin can be synthesized using solid-phase synthesis, as well as purified from urine samples. The synthetic form of Vasopressin is a disulfide bond between two molecules of 3-Mercapto-3-methyl-butyryl-Tyr(Me)-Phe-Gln-Asn-Cys-Pro-Arg-Gly (DeaminoPen 1). This compound has been shown to have physiological effects such as increasing blood pressure in animals and binding to κ opioid receptors and kappa opioid receptorsFormula:C49H70N14O12S2Purezza:Min. 95%Peso molecolare:1,111.3 g/mol
