Descrizione:
Ebastina è un antistaminico di seconda generazione utilizzato principalmente per alleviare i sintomi allergici come la rinite e l'orticaria. Funziona come un antagonista selettivo del recettore H1 dell'istamina, il che aiuta a ridurre gli effetti dell'istamina nel corpo, mitigando così le reazioni allergiche. Ebastina è caratterizzato dai suoi effetti sedativi relativamente bassi rispetto agli antistaminici di prima generazione, rendendolo adatto per un uso a lungo termine senza sonnolenza significativa.
