Informazioni sul prodotto
- 4-Methylpyridazine-3-carboxylicacid
4-Methylpyridazine-3-carboxylic acid is a carboxylic acid that can be used as a building block for the synthesis of polycarboxylic acids. This compound is useful for the preparation of esters, which are used in the synthesis of anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen. 4-Methylpyridazine-3-carboxylic acid reacts with diethyl malonate to produce diethyl 4-(methylsulfanyl)pyridazine-2,6-dicarboxylate. This compound has been shown to inhibit inflammation in animal models by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes and suppressing prostaglandin synthesis.
