Informazioni sul prodotto
NS8593 hydrochloride is a small molecule inhibitor of the histone deacetylase class I and II, which are enzymes that regulate gene expression. It inhibits VSM-CS activity by binding to the enzyme's active site, preventing it from removing acetyl groups from histones. This inhibition leads to an increase in the acetylation levels of histones, which prevents transcriptional activation by DNA. NS8593 hydrochloride also has been shown to inhibit MAPKs (p38 and ERK) in response to cell stressors such as constant pressure or 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate, which leads to a decrease in cellular damage and improved cardiac function.
