Informazioni sul prodotto
N-(2-Bromo-ethyl)-4-fluoro-benzenesulfonamide is a progesterone receptor antagonist. It has been shown to inhibit the binding of estradiol and progesterone to their respective receptors, which leads to a decrease in the symptoms of endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and other reproductive disorders. The medication is used as a contraceptive and for the treatment of bleeding due to uterine fibroids or other conditions. N-(2-Bromo-ethyl)-4-fluoro-benzenesulfonamide has also been shown to have an antiestrogenic effect on ovarian cells, which may be mediated by its ability to inhibit protein synthesis.
