Informazioni sul prodotto
- N4-(2-Methylpropyl)-N2-[(2-phenyl-4-thiazolyl)methyl]-2,4-pyrimidinediamine HCl
KHS 101 HCl is a molecule that has been tested for its anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo. It inhibits the growth of tumor cells by interfering with the biochemical reactions that are essential for their survival. The compound modulates β-catenin signaling, which is involved in many cellular processes, including cell proliferation and differentiation. KHS 101 HCl also inhibits plk1, which is an enzyme involved in DNA repair and cell cycle regulation, leading to a reduction in cellular proliferation. In vivo studies have shown that KHS 101 HCl is able to inhibit tumor metastases by suppressing the angiogenesis process.
