Informazioni sul prodotto
- 1H-2-benzopyran-3-carboxylic acid, 1-oxo-
1-Oxo-1H-isochromene-3-carboxylic acid is a thermoreversible, synthetic ligand that binds to the receptor site of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5B polymerase. It has been shown to inhibit the production of HCV RNA in caco2 cells and HepG2 cells. 1-Oxo-1H-isochromene-3-carboxylic acid also blocks the activity of quinoline derivatives and bipyridines as well as other compounds that bind to the HCV NS5B polymerase. This molecule is thought to have a pharmacophore that is similar to those found in quinolones and bipyridines.
