Informazioni sul prodotto
Suberate Bis(sulfosuccinimidyl) Sodium Salt is a reactive molecule with a phase transition temperature of -30°C. It has a diameter of 1.5 nm and biological function, which is to crosslink molecules with reactive groups. Clinical response to Suberate Bis(sulfosuccinimidyl) Sodium Salt includes diagnosis for autoimmune diseases and the crosslinking of monoclonal antibodies or hybridized particles. This molecule can be used as a sample preparation prior to immunoassay or enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Suberate Bis(sulfosuccinimidyl) Sodium Salt reacts with DNA at the phosphate linkage in hybridized particle subunits and is used as a probe in electron microscopy.
