Informazioni sul prodotto
GSK-F1 is a peptide that has been shown to activate ion channels and stimulate the growth of cultured cells. GSK-F1 is an activator of the potassium channel Kv1.2, which is involved in the regulation of neuronal excitability, and it has been shown to inhibit the activity of beta-adrenergic receptors. GSK-F1 also binds to the chemokine receptor CCR2 and inhibits its activation by chemokines such as MCP-3, MCP-4, and RANTES. GSK-F1 has also been shown to inhibit protein interactions with the receptor CD44 and ligands such as laminin, fibronectin, collagen IV, and vitronectin.
