Informazioni sul prodotto
Methyl 2H-indazole-7-carboxylate is a synthetic compound that has been identified as a potential treatment for cancer. It is an inhibitor of the enzyme glutathione reductase, which is involved in maintaining the balance between oxidants and antioxidants in cells. Methyl 2H-indazole-7-carboxylate has been shown to induce apoptosis in human leukemia cells by inhibiting glutathione reductase and thereby increasing the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) within the cell. Methyl 2H-indazole-7-carboxylate was shown to have anti-inflammatory properties in a study where it inhibited prostaglandin synthesis by blocking cyclooxygenases (COX).
