Angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) plays a critical role in blood pressure regulation. There is a rise in conditions linked to hypertension such as heart attacks, strokes, and dementia. Further study can provide deeper understanding of FSY potency on ACE function and may lead to drug development.
