Notch inhibitors aim to downregulate the Notch signalling pathway. γ-secretase inhibitors block all Notch receptors, Notch1 short interference RNA, or Notch1 monoclonal antibodies specifically target Notch1. Notch1 inhibitors are a target to downregulate Notch signalling in breast cancer chemotherapy._x000D_
