Descrizione:IL 4R is a receptor for Interleukin-4. It is a member of the type II cytokine receptor family and has been shown to be an inhibitor of cell proliferation. IL 4R also interacts with the protein tyrosine phosphatase SHP2, which plays a role in signaling pathways. IL 4R binds to specific Ligands, such as IL-4 and IL-13, that are found in the extracellular matrix and on the surface of cells.
