Descrizione:KGF Human is a peptide that belongs to the group of activators. It is a heparin-binding growth factor that belongs to the TGF-β family. KGF Human stimulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival in vitro. The binding of KGF Human to its receptor inhibits the activity of ion channels and ligand-gated ion channels, which are involved in the transmission of nerve impulses. KGF Human has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in vivo. This peptide can activate erythropoietin production from cultured human erythroleukemia cells and stimulate osteoblast differentiation from human bone marrow stromal cells.
