Informazioni sul prodotto
3,6-Dinitro-9H-carbazole (3,6-DCZ) is a nitro compound that has been used as a model system in computational thermodynamics. It has been shown to be catalytic in the conversion of nitrobenzene to benzaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenol to phenol. 3,6-DCZ is also photophysical and can undergo intersystem crossing to the triplet state. 3,6-DCZ interacts with DNA duplexes by donating electrons and stabilizing the resulting radical cation. This can be seen as a preparative high performance liquid chromatography technique.
