Informazioni sul prodotto
Mercaptoethylguanidine hemisulfate salt (MEQ) is an immunomodulator that has been shown to promote the activation of inflammatory cells in a Sprague-Dawley rat model. It has been observed that MEQ induces the production of nitric oxide and nitrotyrosine in mesenteric lymph nodes and the frequency of inflammatory cells in the mesentery. The mechanisms by which MEQ works are not yet clear, but it has been shown to increase the expression of markers for immune response pathways such as CD3, CD4, and CD8.
