Informazioni sul prodotto
N1,N2-Di(pyridin-4-yl)oxalamide is a coordination polymer that is composed of an oxalate group and a pyridine molecule. The coordination polymer crystallizes in the monoclinic space group with cell dimensions of a = 14.5 Å, b = 16.9 Å, c = 12.8 Å, β = 112°. It has been shown to have strong intermolecular interactions due to the presence of hydrogen bonding between the oxalate groups and π-stacking interactions between the pyridine molecules. The structural analysis reveals that the N1,N2-di(pyridin-4-yl)oxalamide chain consists of twelve repeating units with alternating connectivity on each side of the chain. This polymer can be thermally degraded by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
