Informazioni sul prodotto
- 3,5-Dichloro-4-Hydrazinylpyridine
3,5-Dichloro-4-hydrazinopyridine (3,5-DHAP) is a ligand that binds to the NMDA receptor. It is an inhibitor of the glutamatergic neurotransmission and is used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. 3,5-DHAP has been shown to be a potent antagonist of P2X7 receptors and is used for targeting multifactorial neuroinflammation process. It also inhibits neuronal loss and reduces neuronal damage by reducing microglial activation. 3,5-DHAP has also been shown to reduce inflammation by downregulating NF-κB activity and inhibiting COX2 expression.
