Descrizione

m-dPEG®23-OH is a conjugate of polyethylene glycol and a hydrophilic drug. It is used in pharmaceutical preparations to improve the safety profile. m-dPEG®23-OH has been shown to be non-toxic and not reactive with proteins or other biomolecules, which may help to reduce the potential for toxic side effects. Additionally, it has a low tendency to form protein adducts with sulphonates, making it more suitable for use in pharmaceutical preparations. The hydrophilicity of m-dPEG®23-OH makes it an excellent candidate for use as a solubilizing agent, as it can dissolve hydrophobic drugs such as cyclopentyl that are poorly soluble in water.
