Informazioni sul prodotto
4-Chloro-6-methoxy-2-phenylpyrimidine (4CMP) is a synthetic pyrimidine derivative that can be synthesized by the Suzuki coupling reaction. This reaction is catalyzed by palladium and boronic acids, which are effective in a variety of conditions. A screening study was conducted to find the most efficient catalyst for this process. 4CMP exhibits regioselective reactions and high yields, making it an attractive candidate for synthesis. The use of irradiation as a catalyst is also promising, with only low levels of byproducts being detected in the final product.
