Informazioni sul prodotto
- 2-(2-Chloro-5-nitro-phenyl)pyridine
2-(2-Chloro-5-nitrophenyl)pyridine is a pyridine derivative that is used as an antineoplastic agent. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in animal models by interfering with DNA replication, protein synthesis, and cell cycle progression. This drug is synthesised by a cross coupling reaction between 2-chloropyridine and 5-nitrobenzene. The nitro group on 2-(2-chloro-5-nitrophenyl)pyridine reacts with the amine groups on GDC-0449 under reductive conditions to form the amidated product.
