Descrizione:Glutathione synthetase is an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of glutathione from gamma-glutamylcysteine and glycine. It is a homodimeric protein composed of two identical subunits with a molecular weight of about 30 kDa. Each subunit contains one active site for the catalysis. The recombinant human glutathione synthetase has been shown to be stable in different pH buffers and can be used as a research tool or an inhibitor in cell biology experiments.
