Informazioni sul prodotto
3-Amino-5-phenylpyrazole is a pyrazole compound that has been shown to have antiproliferative activity, inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. It causes apoptotic cell death by binding to DNA and inhibiting DNA synthesis. 3-Amino-5-phenylpyrazole can be administered as an anticancer drug in the form of a conjugate with a carrier molecule such as polyethylene glycol or dextran. This drug also has potent inhibitory activity against human colon cancer cell lines, including HT29 cells and SW480 cells. 3-Amino-5-phenylpyrazole exhibits significant antiproliferative activity in vitro and in vivo, which may be due to its ability to inhibit protein synthesis and induce apoptotic cell death.
