Descrizione:
3-Amino-5-fluorobenzoic acid is a hydrogen bond acceptor that can be used in the synthesis of antibiotics. 3-Amino-5-fluorobenzoic acid has been shown to inhibit the growth of murine leukemia cells through formation of an azobenzene, which is a cytotoxic compound. This drug also inhibits the biosynthesis of cyclopentanoid and intermolecular hydrogen bonding at temperatures below 100°C. 3-Amino-5-fluorobenzoic acid has been shown to have bioactivities such as antibacterial, antifungal and antiprotozoal activity.
