Informazioni sul prodotto
N-(4-Acetylphenyl)-2-cyanoacetamide is a synthetic, chemical compound. The compound is an analog of the natural product chromene, which is derived from phenolic and phenyl isothiocyanate. This compound has been shown to have insecticidal properties against Littoralis spp. and pest control in agricultural areas. The mechanism of action of this compound may be due to its ability to react with lignin and other components of wood, thereby destroying the structural integrity of the wood. It has also been shown to inhibit the enzymatic activity of cyanoacetamide in a catalytic reaction with piperidine as a co-catalyst, while quinoline derivative acts as an inhibitor.
