4-Amino-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione is a heterocyclic compound that is used in the synthesis of drugs and other organic compounds. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of mammalian cells in vitro. 4-Amino-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione has also been shown to have therapeutic effects in autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. This drug has been found to block transfer reactions of aromatic amines with amides or amino groups on proteins. 4-Amino-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione can be used for the treatment of bowel disease and eye disorders.
